Good Brand CEO Jason Neman is recognized with Vistage Impact Award

Leading CEO peer-advisory organization honors Good Brand leader.

Jason Neman, co-founder and CEO of Good Brand, recently received the 2022 Vistage Impact Award. The 2022 Member Excellence Awards winners were honored at the Vistage Executive Summit in Charlotte in early October. These awards recognize Vistage members who routinely make impactful decisions and go above and beyond to support their groups, employees, families, and communities. Vistage members with 1-3 years of tenure in the program are eligible for Impact Awards. Neman was one of 29 award winners across the country.

Neman joined Vistage in August 2020 after hearing positive feedback from other local CEOs. With support from his partners, Damon Segetti and Matthew Winkelman, he joined to develop his leadership and the company’s strategic vision.

“We constantly use the learnings from Vistage speakers to provide direction and validate business trends,” said Neman. “One of the most valuable things Vistage offers is allowing us to process issues by receiving feedback from other members. Usually, at least a few other group members have faced the same challenges and can provide insight that accelerates decision making.”

According to a Dun & Bradstreet study, Vistage CEO members grew their annual revenue on average by 4.6% in 2020, while nonmembers with comparable small and midsize businesses saw revenue decrease by 4.7%. Good Brand’s participation in Vistage reflects those statistics. The Good Brand agency has grown significantly, capping $1MM in revenue for 2021.
