This position requires hands-on experience managing ad spend across multiple business accounts — including multi-location brands — with a sharp eye for performance, budget pacing, and ROI. The ideal candidate brings deep platform expertise in Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other paid channels, and knows how to translate client business goals into campaign strategies that drive measurable results. This role demands both analytical rigor and creative thinking, with the ability to manage competing priorities across several accounts simultaneously.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITY EXPANDED

  • Experience structuring and managing significant monthly ad budgets with a disciplined approach to pacing, optimization, and spend accountability.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to pull, interpret, and present campaign data — comfortable working in Google Analytics, platform-native reporting, and third-party dashboards.
  • Solid understanding of conversion tracking, pixel implementation, audience segmentation, and retargeting strategies.
  • Ability to manage multiple active campaigns across several clients simultaneously without dropping the ball on deadlines or deliverables.
  • Clear, confident communicator — able to translate campaign performance data into plain-language insights for clients and internal teams.
  • Experience working within a creative or full-service agency is a strong plus.
  • Google Ads certification and/or Meta Blueprint certification preferred.
