POSITION SUMMARY \\\

As a Junior Graphic Designer, your primary responsibility, but not limited to, will be for design, production, posting, and managing visually compelling content for a variety of social media platforms, email campaigns, and blogs. You will play a key role in shaping the visual identity of our clients, ensuring consistency and engagement with their audiences.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITY EXPANDED
  • Design and produce high-quality graphics and visual content for social media posts, email campaigns, and blogs.
  • Develop creative concepts and visuals in line with brand guidelines and marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with the account managers and Art Director to ensure all designs align with client goals and audience preferences.
  • Manage the creation and posting schedule for social media, ensuring timely delivery of content based on a marketing calendar.
  • Create, edit, and post blog visuals and email templates to enhance the overall user experience.
  • Stay updated with the latest design trends and social media best practices to continually improve content quality.
  • Assist in the development of creative strategies to increase engagement and brand awareness.
  • Work closely with account managers and the art director to understand their visual needs and provide innovative design solutions.
CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS
  • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably some agency experience, and with a focus on digital content creation would be an asset.
  • High proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) software with great file organization skills.
  • Experience with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) and understanding of each platform’s content requirements and specifications for organic and paid ads postings.
  • Basic knowledge of email marketing platforms (e.g., Constant Contact) and blog CMS (e.g., WordPress).
  • Strong portfolio showcasing creative design work, particularly in social media, email, and blog content.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • A take responsibility attitude
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetic and visual storytelling.
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices for content.
  • Understanding of branding principles and how to apply them across different mediums.
  • An overall willingness to learn, grow, expand, and take responsibility in a creative environment.
COMP & BENEFITS

  • Part time (20-25 hrs. week) to start, may be increased

POSITION SUMMARY \\\

The marketing account manager is responsible for handling key accounts with Good Brand Company. As a business that relies on strong relationships with our clients, this role is vital to our success. They will be the lead point of contact for all key client matters, anticipate the client’s needs, work within the company to ensure deadlines for the client are met, and help the client succeed. A strong understanding of the principles to managing marketing clients will also be very important to the role.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITY EXPANDED
  • Developing a solid and trusting relationship between major key clients and the company
  • Developing a complete understanding of account needs
  • Anticipating account changes and improvements
  • Managing communications between clients and internal teams
  • Managing account team assigned to each client
  • Strategic planning to improve client results
  • Negotiating contracts with the client and establishing a timeline of performance
  • Establishing and overseeing internal budgets with the company and external budgets with the client
  • Working with design, strategy, operations, and team members from other areas dedicated to the same client account to ensure the highest quality of materials are being produced and all client needs are met
  • Resolving client issues
  • Collaborating with others on the team to maximize profit
  • Planning and presenting on account progress, goals, and quarterly initiatives to share with team members, stakeholders, and possible use in future case studies or company training
  • Meeting all client needs and deliverables according to proposed timelines
  • Analyzing client data to provide customer relationship management
  • Utilizing technology to improve client workflow and management
  • Ability to work remote and in-person when appropriate
  • Expanding relationships and bringing in new clients
CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS
  • Able to prioritize and manage time efficiently

  • Excellent interpersonal relationship skills
  • In-depth understanding of company clients and their position in the industry

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, sales, or relevant field or equivalent experience
  • Three to five years’ previous work experience in marketing management, key account management, or relevant experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; must be a listener, a presenter, and a people-person
  • Solid computer skills, and experience with CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Knowledge of Google Workspace and Zoom preferred
  • Knowledge of social media platforms, SEO, and related tools a plus
  • Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to follow through on client contracts
  • Ability to multitask and manage several client accounts across industries
  • Proven results of delivering client solutions and meeting targeted goals
