ROLE & RESPONSIBILITY EXPANDED
  • Support the Account Director’s initiatives to strategize, execute, and monitor marketing programs such as email, events, social media, and content marketing.
  • Ensuring completion of assigned client projects from creation to creative and delivery.
  • Independently coordinate marketing initiatives, managing logistics, client coordination, and procurement of marketing materials.
  • Oversee marketing automations, including crafting and scheduling email campaigns, launching landing pages, and managing databases.
  • Coordinate digital marketing campaigns, handling copy, scheduling, and performance testing.
  • Craft, proofread, and edit copy across various marketing channels, ensuring a cohesive brand voice.
  • Aid in the development and execution of content and social media marketing strategies, including blog management.
  • Continuously assess campaign performance through analysis of key metrics and generate detailed reports.
  • Foster relationships with external vendors to ensure the seamless execution of marketing programs.
CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with keen attention to detail.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, along with proficient copywriting and proofreading abilities.
  • Proficiency in diverse marketing platforms, channels, and best practices, especially in social, digital, and email marketing.

POSITION SUMMARY \\\

We are seeking an experienced Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience, be creative and talented, detail-oriented, and have a clean and diverse design aesthetic. The candidate must also be highly efficient, passionate, responsible, and able to work on multiple projects simultaneously.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITY EXPANDED

You must have a creative mind, be dedicated, proactive, and organized. The ability to understand brand guidelines and take creative direction is key to this role. You must work well with a team and be passionate about design. You will be required to manage projects through our project management system and provide detailed information for business purposes.
Focuses include elevating both internal and client-facing projects, as well as supporting our Account Managers in their daily activities across multiple accounts with the overall goal of launching projects within deadlines.

CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • 3+ years working professionally as a graphic designer, or demonstration of equivalent skill level
  • Expert proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
  • Experience using user-flow & wire framing tools such as InvisionApp and/or Adobe XD are a plus
  • Ability to layout and design print materials including preparation of files for printing
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and remain flexible through multiple revisions, while maintaining attention to detail
  • Ability to take direction and constructive criticism from Creative and/or Art Director
  • Impressive portfolio that highlights diverse range of print and digital work.
  • A strong focus on Branding and Website design is a plus
  • Understanding of UI/UX design is a plus
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, or design-related field

The Project Manager at Good Brand Company will play a key supporting role within the Account team, working directly with Account Managers to ensure smooth execution of client marketing strategies. This role is vital in maintaining strong internal communication and efficient project workflows. The Project Manager will serve as the bridge between Account Managers and the Creative Team, helping to translate strategy into action. Responsibilities include ensuring deliverables meet deadlines, organizing and tracking projects, managing feedback loops, and maintaining process consistency across campaigns and clients. The ideal candidate is a highly organized communicator with a solid understanding of marketing operations and a focus on seamless execution.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITY EXPANDED
  • Collaborate with Account Managers to translate strategic marketing plans into actionable project timelines and task assignments
  • Ensure timely delivery of creative and digital assets by managing deadlines and internal workflows
  • Serve as liaison between Account Management and the Creative Team to streamline communication and ensure clarity on project direction and feedback
  • Monitor project progress and proactively address roadblocks or risks to timeline adherence
  • Track deliverables and manage project management tools to maintain clear visibility into workload and capacity
  • Assist in campaign implementation, such as asset coordination and quality assurance
  • Maintain documentation and process consistency for recurring tasks and campaigns
  • Ensure client feedback is accurately captured and efficiently delivered to the appropriate internal team members
  • Support Account Managers in managing client expectations around timelines, deliverables, and revisions

CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS
  • 2-4 years of experience in a marketing, project coordination, or campaign management role
  • Solid understanding of marketing tactics, timelines, and digital campaign execution
  • Extremely detail-oriented and process-driven with a strong ability to manage deadlines and overlapping priorities
  • Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills; able to clearly synthesize and share information across teams
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes initiative to solve problems
  • Familiarity with project management tools (Monday.com, Asana, Trello, or similar)
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience working with or within a creative team is preferred

The marketing account manager is responsible for handling key accounts with Good Brand Company. As a business that relies on strong relationships with our clients, this role is vital to our success. They will be the lead point of contact for all key client matters, anticipate the client’s needs, work within the company to ensure deadlines for the client are met, and help the client succeed. A strong understanding of the principles to managing marketing clients will also be very important to the role.

  • Developing a solid and trusting relationship between major key clients and the company
  • Developing a complete understanding of account needs
  • Anticipating account changes and improvements
  • Managing communications between clients and internal teams
